Creating Castle Storm

"A floating castle in a storm? That's crazier than a dwarf building an airship."

Gabriel claims a powerful levitation mythal from the crumbling ruins of an elven city. He figures out the binding spells and with the assistance of the sage Kyrios, reverse-engineers how to make the powerful, permanent levitation spell work. Using this newfound knowledge, Gabriel builds himself a small floating island for his cult, and a large, imposing castle atop it. He wreathes the entire thing in a dark storm, cloaking it from sight and darkening the sun's harsh glare.
