Mayor of the remote mountain town Vahl's Anvil, the Tiefling known as Eloquence is reluctant to discuss her past. However, knowledgeable folk can look at the scars on her body-- and the runes that mark her face-- and piece together that she once fought as a soldier in the Blood War, the epic conflict between the infinite demons of the Abyss and the Devil Legions of the Nine Hells. Eloquence will neither confirm nor deny any such allegations, smiling and adroitly changing the subject if the topic comes up.
