the limburg steak was originally based of the raw meat that Timching warriors would put under their saddles to tenderize during a long ride and then consume raw.
this meat was later cooked in oil by limburg gnomes and was a instant sucess in the city and many shops sprung up to serve this dish. now it has reached gallicia and it is enjoyed throughout the country.
