Fimble Supplebottom is the greedy overseer of the Mercardo Ward. He is the head of the Merchant's Guild in Roseport. When he is around the other people of the Merchant's Guild, he keeps his greedy tendencies in line. He is also the secret owner of the Apex Bank Inc. , which desires to sell loans to people in the Mercardo Ward for unreasonable prices as he is the sole proprietor of civilian currency in Roseport.
