Extinction Awaits

DISCLAIMER:

This world is based off of the game "Ark: Survival Evolved," and "Ark: Survival Ascended." It will include lore that is not canon in the games, and just has characters and inspiration. If you play these games, take the lore with a grain of salt.

Lore:

in 2021, the Earth stopped moving due to a celestial force named Cosmite dying. Billions of people began to die, but this had been anticipated by the higher forces of the World Government. They sent in orders to the space force within 20 minutes of the stopping to ship people out to their [REDACTED]. One by one, people fled to tens of millions of orbiting space stations named ARKs in order to survive, however, surviving on these stations were not easy either.

When people were placed on these ships, they noticed all life forms; old and new not only existing, but thriving in these environments. The government's goal with these space stations was to create and sustain life, new and old.

Within these space stations, specifically the one code named RAGNAROK, 4 groups of people arised, with different military specialties and ideologies. These groups have sorts of 'mascots' which represent such.

The rise of Tyranikstan began in 2022. Their new leader, Xavier [REDACTED], seemed to be a self sufficient independent 21 year old man, who began implementing rules and enacting laws into their civilization. Xavier was a fair leader, who also proudly wore a shrunk version of their country's mascot (Triceratops)'s skull. This form of pride in one's country's ideology was then implemented by others.

The first sign of supernatural powers within one was seen when groups of people get their hands on Element, which is a material undefined in the Periodic Table; a gap, per se.

The first tribe to get element was Tyranikstan, who had just defeated Gamma Nunatak. They noticed strange things happening. The first sign of supernatural ability was purple glowing veins. Some would get glowing, throbbing bloodblisters that allegedly hurt more than childbirth. Tyranikstan went into panic mode. Tribespeople were dying left and right, leaving only the strong to deal with their struggles. Tyranikstan over the course of 3 years lost over 3 quarters of their population, but what came of it was nearly unstoppable. People with the best genes, hardest work ethics, and amazing durability came out alive and were ready. One of which was Xavier. What was not publicized though, was Xavier's crippling addiction to Element. The power of element was implemented by touch, so everywhere he went, he had a small touchpad in his pocket containing element, unbeknownst to him saving his life eventually.

July 10th, 2025.
Xavier was walking through Tyranikstan, answering questions, public speaking, the works. During his speech about one of his hardships, he was "fatally" shot in the head.

The perpetrator, 16 year old Handu Woa of the Clawvyn Empire was a missionary, a spy and assassin working for the opposing empire who thought he had completed his only mission assigned by the Supreme General, Vince. As he was escaping, he hears a screeching mic and groaning behind him. [STORY CONTINUES]
