Veinbrew
Veinbrew is a potion made from mistralite and is the source of power for those who study magic but were born without natural ability. It can be easily made by someone trained in the art, and must be consumed every day by wizards and others who practice magic without power from another source. Traveling wizards typically carry a week's supply, but most can make more during their travels or buy some for fairly cheap at most towns and cities. Many makers of the potion has unique recipes for flavor, and some boast of other attributes enhanced by their special brew.
