Holy Rostien Empire
The Rostien people were tribe of humans that originally lived the the sundered region of the Ever War. After years of conflict among the many races and factions of Excelsion, the Rostiens proved their dominance of the areas around Valorous and earned the support of the Church. After being named the official "Holy Empire", the Rostiens quickly dominated the rest of the known world. Today, the Empire holds ownership of the 7 capitals and maintains their center of government in the city of Excelsion.
