His clothes may serve a dual purpose of protection and dissuading individuals from realizing he is the true boss of the Den of Odds.

He is incredible quick and nimble, while also being able to maintain a high level of secrecy and stealth. He is also very knowledgeable, able to read through most individuals abilities and personalities within a few minutes of speaking to them. He wielded a rapier with a high degree of efficiency in battle and spent most of his focus on commanding his allies to move and attack according to his tactics.

Personal history
Much of the Vig's history is unknown to the party. During their investigations, they gathered that the den of odds had been set up in the last decade, quickly rising in popularity amongst the unsavory folks in Gwardan. From later conversations, it can be gathered that he has had some history with other Myriad cells, including those in Rexxentrum. During his time in the city, he has grown an impressive network of knowledge and connections. Many people have found themselves indebted to the Vig or owing him a favor. For most of the populace, he has successfully duped them into thinking his bodyguard, Brutur, is the face of the Den of Odds.
Invictus FISH first came onto the trail of The Vig when they were asked by the inn owner of Fox's Heart, Fox Elilabard, to help find his missing business partner, Jomnuth. From what Fox knew, Jomnuth had gotten into some gambling trouble at the Den of Odds. He had gone missing since his last visit to the establishment, during which The Vig had covertly petrified the dwarven fellow. Vig then sent over a request demanding the inn as payment for Jomnuth's safe release. Invictus FISH then stepped in to visit the gambling house and rescue the dwarf. While the party was led to believe they were meeting with the owner of the establishment, they were speaking with Brutur while the Vig was watching them from secret compartments in the upper floor. He noticed them trying to leave with dwarf statue, which cued him to reveal himself and threaten the party. He commanded his guards and muscle while trying to avoid the serious damage of the conflict. He brokered a deal to have the party complete favors equivalent to the value he had lost in exchange for releasing the dwarf.
The first favor the Vig called in was to have Invictus FISH recover a stolen book from a set of thieves in the city. It appears that it had been stolen from an associate and contained some information relevant to the Vig or an individual in his network. The party took the documents after slaying the Knifehall Gang, removing a set of competitors as well for the Myriad network here in Gwardan. The second favor that was requested was for Invictus FISH to track down the former assassin Talamin Ranaan, who had last been seen making a run for Port Damali. Upon their failure to capture her, The Vig informed them that he had alternative methods of capturing Talamin.
When Invictus FISH returned to Port Damali, The Vig sends them a job offer under the guise of a merchant named Invor Hakal. In reality, the Vig wants them to complete a smuggling mission to Nicodranas but doesn't want to tip them off about his operations. However, when the party is ready to refuse the offer, he reveals himself and demands the party accept as recompense for not bringing in Talamin. However, Hope offers to pay back the Vig and Eldan threatens him for his actions. The Vig chooses to accept the payment and step away, his current operations unknown.
The Coral Banner was hired by Vasan Atrith to deal with criminal elements in Gwardan, so there may be confrontation between the Vig's Myriad cell and the mercenaries in the future.
