There is an sense of risk and chance in Sarab's decisions but not necessarily complete foolishness. Though he might be the one to choose dangerous missions, Sarab carries himself with caution and practicality once on the job. Otherwise, there would have been little chance for him to have survived as long as he has. Despite a bit of roughness to his manners, he is a loyal individual and often does his best to make sure his fellow guards stay safe.
