Protests in the streets outside City Hall this Tuesday, demanding a cessation to the AERI Program and some calling for all Evos to be thrown out. Police arrested 11 individuals after the protest devolved into a minor altercation in which fighting was involved. Reports state there were only minor injuries but it has people asking what comes next? On Friday Evening, reports of an attack on two Evos and a number of Normal Bystanders. The Evo's were reportedly engaged by what police are describing as hostile Evos operating within the City. Two or more Evos, with reports indicating one using firearms and the other having some sort of temporal power, assaulted two unnamed Evos unassociated with AERI or any other City program as well as a couple enjoying a day in the City. The two hostile Evos were stopped and AERI, specifically Victory and Inferno, arrived on scene with the NVPD to investigate. They are unable to comment at this time as to the capture or escape of the attackers, or what steps AERI is taking in response to this attack. On Saturday, Police received numerous calls from a busted human trafficking ring lead by the Ivanko Family. The Ivanko Family, notorious for their actions in the early 2000's and thought to be disbanded, had apparently resumed minor operations targeting teenagers and sole Evos for unknown purposes. The ring was stalked and broken through the efforts of the NVPD and AERI, though both organizations will not comment on which members of the AERI Team took part in the operation. Reports can only confirm that Victory and Inferno were otherwise engaged, with more reports indicating the remainder of the known AERI Team was recovering from their Battle with Blood Bolt And finally, in a bit of good news, The St. Maria Crusaders Football team have just broken their fundraising record after hosting their annual summer car wash in the City this week. Exact numbers are kept redacted for obvious reason, but Coach Johnso n wants all the fans to know they should be expecting some more comfortable seats in the stadiums and some shiner uniforms when the season kicks off. Next week, an indepth discussion of the new drug spreading its way across the University. How it's already claimed over 4 victims with another 6 in critical condition. A bad batch from previously established suppliers or a new danger hitting our streets? Also, reports of an upcoming interview with Victory. We're hoping to get the exclusive scoop with the lucky journalist as soon as its published so stay tuned. This has been Mary Mays with your weekly update. As always, goodnight and I'll see you tomorrow.
