To: Vale
Remember me? I was thinking we could grab a bite to eat by the city museum, continue our discussion from earlier. I can pick you up if needed. If I didn't catch your interest yet, I do also have more to share in regards to the favor you asked of me.

Vale

To: Sylvain (Hunky Rich guy)
HEY! umm yeah that sounds kind of great actually.. Is like a date? Do I need to put on a dress?

Sylvain Moresby

To: Vale
It's not an overly fancy place, dress how you like. We'll see how it turns out but I think I'll try to get the business out of the way today so we can reserve pleasure for the next time. Would you like the address or should I swing by your place once I'm done with work?

Vale

To: Sylvain (Hunky Rich guy)
I mean, you can grab me yeah! Ill be ready. Pleasure for next time? What do you take me for, It better be highclass with Wine service if your asking for that   And, the you better be tasteir then the food>.> Since your making me dress up.

Sylvain Moresby

To: Vale
Easy there, all in due time. I'll leave my exact plans up to your imagination for now, but I'll be sure to take the feedback to account. Expect another message once I'm done here, I'll try not to take too long. Until then, Vale.

Vale

To: Sylvain (Hunky Rich guy)
Yes, Sir.

Tuesday afternoon

History of NV Museum, Museum District

Sylvain Moresby

Having informed Vale as he left from work, Sylvain arrived near the club a short while afterwards. His silver-colored vehicle wasn't exactly a sports car, it was a picture of modernity and could clearly only belong to someone wealthy. Likewise, his business suit was proof of the lofty status of the workplace he'd driven here from. As he pulled over, he casually scanned the vicinity for her. Even if he wasn't exactly in a hurry, his plan obviously didn't involve much waiting around.

Vale

Of course she was ready. She had been ready 20 minutes after the first call, like six hour ago. Showered, dressed and hair and makeup done, Then re-done. She just couldn't decide. It wasn't a "date" date, but it was a date. Did she wear a sundress to help her long legs, or a skirt a bit to tight to show off the fact she was much more "open", or did she try to play it cool and wear a pair of comfy jeans and maybe try to hide all the lights on her legs. Of course she ended up somewhere in the middle. White flats, with ankle socks. A high-rise skirt showing off a bit of her skin, but not as much as most had seen on stage. And a matching tang top that hugged her curves tightly. With a open brown jacket hung on her shoulders. She was standing out on the sidewalk holding tight to her a small black purse with Skynet written in red across it. Purple eyes scanned the open street flashing back from purple to yellow nervously as she tried to hold down her cool. Its only been like 8 years since she has been on a date that wasn't a front for dealing with a "john" after all. She was only a little nervous.

Sylvain Moresby

Once he noticed her, he opened the window on the passenger side and waved over, himself remaining in place with calm demeanor and no signs of nervousness. Either this was nothing new to him or he was simply quite confident that things were under his control.   "Fancy seeing you again. Ready to go?" He asked simply with his trademark charismatic smile that she'd seen plenty of last time. Clearly he did check her out and seemed approving enough, but kept things professional as he'd stated. But even if this meeting wasn't just an excuse to get together - or if it was, his counter-excuse was plausible enough, his approach seemed quite casual overall.

Vale

If only Vale had the same level headedness. Rather she giggled like a school girl on crack and nearly bounced over to him. Her body moving like a light show as her emotions went a bit of everywhere. Leaning over the car window she gave him a wide smile. "Well Of course this is were you told me to be. I jus..Just hop in right?" She looked a bit confused. Only to snap herself out of it and quickly move around the car and pop open the passenger side door. Sliding into the seat next to him, only giving the smallest of flashes of the bright purple lace beneath her skirt.   "Im really kind of glad you called me back for a sooner meet up Sylvy! I honestly didn't want to wait till Thursday. Through I also didn't want to seem desperate.Cause I'm not. I cant get Loads of guys. I. .Il shut up." Her head dropped and she suddenly became very interested in the color of the floorboards.

Sylvain Moresby

He observed with a mildly amused expression as he nodded at her to get in. Just like last time, she was quite a lot to take in and that wasn't just due to her appearance. "Hey, I never said you had to wait for me to message you first. What, were you worried I wasn't going to get back to you after all?" He asked with a look that somehow managed to be both piercing and reassuring, then turned his attention back ahead with a chuckle. As much as he might've liked to start their discussion in earnest already, it was better to do that once they'd actually reached their destination. A few moments later when he'd rejoined the traffic, he glanced at her again. "Hope you didn't have to wait too long. How about your schedule, do you have much time today?"

Vale

nope, Was debating weather or not to watch paint dry, Or watch grass grow. Honestly its a hard choice. "I had a few things planed, Not much besides the gym through. Nothing I can't push back or rearrange." Her chuckle was nervous, yet rather light and care free. Looking up she rolled her finger together and smiled over to him with a bright white grin. There was happiness in her voice as she felt he honestly was kind of curious what she was doing. It may just be small talk, but it was more the most people gave her. " I didn't wait long at all Only stood outside for about a hour Had just walked out when you pulled up. Maybe 5 minutes. Honestly." She looked out the passenger side window lost in a bit of thought" How was your day? Was work challenging, I doubt mister big shot has todo to much besides toss numbers around. But. I get dealing with people who think like that is exhausting isn't it?"

Sylvain Moresby

"Oh, I'm not even the big shot... But it's been busier than you'd think after the... security breach, shall we say. Not so busy that I couldn't at least spare a thought to you, mind you." He explained as they passed through the downtown area. The car was proving itself in practice as well, operating smoothly and offering no disruption to their conversation.   "Well, it's good to hear this fit in neatly enough with your plans. And maybe I've managed to keep the expectations low enough by only asking today. Wouldn't want you to spend hours thinking about it in advance, right?" It was almost as if he knew she was lying, or maybe it was just a coincidence. It was never easy to tell with him, but he didn't seem to mind either way.

Vale

Was he spying on us "I.. I don't know what your talking about I told you I was barely waiting 5 minutes. Security breach? what do you mean. I don't watch the news much..to depressing, still. I didn't hear anything about a breach." Any and all info was useful, maybe he was trying to figure out if she was the breach. He wouldn't be the first to assume she could wirelessly interface with computers...I mean she could, but not really well. Barely better then a low end cellphone.. She wasn't the breach but she would love to meet who it is and see all they took.

Sylvain Moresby

He quietly chuckled to himself; her denial almost seemed to confirm his hypothesis. Either that, or she was thinking a few steps ahead of the curve, too. Whichever the case, he was intrigued. "That was some time back, an accident at the company, so outside involvement isn't out of the question. Can't go to much detail, I'm afraid. But it's what's been keeping me busy lately." He said with a shrug and glanced at her again. "Either way, that's a bit of a somber topic. How have you been since last weekend?"

Vale

"Quiet well honestly, I managed to get some shopping done, Grabbed a new pair of flats." She said with a wiggle of her feet easily putting her silicon leg up onto the dash. Using a free hand to hold her skirt in place. Still showing off her legs up to about mid thigh, but keeping the rest hidden.   "Finished a poem, the only took me about 5 hours to write, As well as finished up a new dance retinue. OH you have to let me show you later... Its not scandalous I swear! Strangled a man who touched us funny without paying first Oh, and figured out that I am just barely under 500! So I hit my weight goal. Was kind of of a quiet week. Didn't have to throw anyone out of the club, and didn't get up on stage once. Through. Might be because we have been kinda slow.. after the big thing with.. Well lightening man people aren't really coming to the evo's clubs anymore. They are getting scared of us again...."

Sylvain Moresby

He listened - and looked - with keen interest as she explained. Luckily the distraction did no harm as they were in traffic lights, though they were nearing their destination by now. For a moment he seemed puzzled by something, then gave a chuckle and shook his head. "I have to say, you're the first person I've met who measures her weight in Newtons. You got me with that one, what's up with that?" He asked with an amused smile as he reached a parking lot and they soon came to a halt. Apparently he meant to at least finish this topic before heading out.

Vale

This made a girl blush. She had meant the comment as a rather happy moment. A goal she had managed to accomplish that she wasn't sure she could. After all. She wasn't really human at this point. More metal then flesh. Bio organic truly. She was currently 489 pounds, all shoved into her tiny frame. having lost 11 pounds over the last few weeks working at the club. Dancing and working out everyday was rather good for her it seems, even this new body letting her lose weight if she tried hard enough.   "489.. Pounds, not newtons....." She didn't meet his gaze looking out the window rather embarrassed. Didn't your mother teach you not to aska girl about her weight"

Sylvain Moresby

He was clearly surprised by the correction; she had made some displays of her strength when they first met but he hadn't given it thought to the point of considering just how extensively her body differed from that of a normal person. "...Oh. Right, sorry about that. I should have realized, but I mean it only as a compliment when I say it's easy to forget about the complexities of your situation. And it certainly shows that you're making an effort to stay in shape." At least this kind of a rain of compliments might allow him to make something of a graceful recovery. As an extra measure he decided to lighten the mood a bit. "Besides, I didn't ask... Even if I was admittedly curious."

Vale

"Hmph... I guess your right... Of course I stay in good shape, have you seen the standards I have to keep up with.! Ladies' now a days. Ugh To die for. I swear." Right back to her more cheerful self Or rather as she liked to try and say, her more normal self. He might relies it, but she was acting She wanted desperately to be normal and he was her chance. She clutched her little purse for dear life ass she spoke. Of course her eyes spoke differently currently a scared shade of organge, even if they were trying to return to her cheerfully purple.   "My bones were the first thing to go. According to Doctors, hardening into a ultra dense carbon, on par with tungsten.. Making me rather heavy." She wanted to answer his questions, even if it broke the little illusion of normality. "Just means no riding for me !" She gave a half hearted laugh and slapped his leg moving to get out of the car. Standing the sunlight she smiled to the museum. She was going to enjoy this if it killed her.

Sylvain Moresby

He nodded in understanding, quite curious to learn more but figuring now probably wasn't the right moment for that. That time would come once they began to look into her condition in earnest. "I'll keep that in mind. Wouldn't want to make an embarrassing mistake like that." He said with a smile, getting up and locking the car once they were out. After a brief look around he turned to her once more. "Do you want to look through the exhibition first or just go ahead and sit down to eat something? I'm not in a hurry either way so feel free to have your pick."

Vale

"Oh oh! the gallery! I love History! And I heard this museum has a bunch of pieces on loan from England. I would love if we could go see some! Maybe one of those headphone tours?" She stepped over to him and grabbed his hand looking up to his eyes with a girlish desire. She didn't let go of his hand and rather tugged him to rest against her side, looping her arms with his. Still staring up at him till he answered. "Pweaseeeeeeeeee"

Sylvain Moresby

Clearly he was caught off guard by the strong reaction, but didn't let it faze him for long. "Didn't know you were into things like that. Looks like I was lucky to suggest this place. Alright then, as you will." He responded with a somewhat amused look as he tried not to get grappled too conspicuously, but seemed to accept the more physical contact without issue. He went on to pay for their entry and led her in, doing his best to appear more or less in charge even if she was effectively dragging him in.

Vale

She didn't try to drag him, in fact she barely put anyway weight on him as he lead the way. Purposely taking a step behind him after he paided for the tickets. She knew he wanted to be in charge. She had spent enough nights with men like that to know how to act. She kept her cheery mindset through refusing to go meek just for his ego. "Well yeah, When I was younger I wanted to be a historian. Raiding lost tombs, dating young Harrison Ford. Hmm It was a cute dream, dont you think?"

Sylvain Moresby

While he wasn't opposed to a bit of a challenge, he seemed generally pleased with the compliance. The setting also seemed to suit him well enough in general as he proved relatively knowledgeable in the subject. "Rather romanticised, but I suppose I can't blame you. I haven't really had a taste of the adventurous side of it either, but I'm a bit of a collector since it runs in the family." He explained after offering a chuckle at her statement. Despite the headphones, there was reasonably much time left for discussion.

Vale

All this history, all will be dust long before we are gone vale Rolled her eyes at his statement, partly listening to the discussion in their ear on Babylonian metal and clay works, partly staring up at him. It was different walking with him then sitting at the club. A different tone to it all.   "Well yes they were Romanticized, but the concept is true We must learn from our past or the future is doomed to be no different... Not to mention I bet I could Do the whip thing" She paused and let his arm go making a whipping motion towards on of the hanging fluorescent lights. "A collector? Anhting realy intresting?"

Sylvain Moresby

"A bit of art and some curiosities for the most part. Documents of some moderate importance, for example, but my place is hardly a museum, my family has much more back across the pond. I can show you around once you visit." He seemed quite confident about the statement; apparently he had little doubt that she would indeed visit. "Have you been able to look into this interest very much?"

Vale

So he already plans on taking me home. "Already planning on taking me home to ma, and pa?" She said with a playful giggle giving him a gentle playful shove. "No... I.. I couldn't really finish high-school after I started to show signs of my Evo. Bad timing, between how much of a freak it made me... The Mind breaking pain...and of course the fact they were in the middle of tossing out evo rights in New York. Not that it matter, it always would have been a side hobby. Mom wanted me to get a law degree. Now bother with un-important matters like history."

Sylvain Moresby

"You wish... I think you'll have to be content with what I have in this city." He joked before assuming a somewhat more serious expression as the topic shifted. "A bit of a similar story here... Well, aside of all the tragedy, I suppose. But art seems to be the sort of thing any self-respecting aristocrat ought to dabble in, and I'm admittedly interested in this sort of thing myself. Have you been able to maintain it even as a hobby, then?"

Vale

I live in a strip club, you know this and probly already figure out how I make pocket change outside of that..... "No, Not really not with the price of living and all. Not all of us have silver spoon." There was a rather depressing undertone to her voice, but she did her best to make it playful and kind. Sticking her tongue after she spoke. Having turned to face him. Spinning on her heel she turned away staring towards a large clay pot. "Had To grow up.... Art? Hmm do I count as fine art? Lets see I'm timeless, one of a kind Has a price tag and typically ends my nights in rich peoples houses. So basicaly I'm art.!"

Sylvain Moresby

"Come now, I'm not that oblivious. I understand you can't exactly collect something like that, but it takes little to no investment to better familiarize yourself with it, even if it's just through reading and not walking through galleries." He pointed out with a smile, trying to at least slightly lighten the mood as he led her along. Her remark seemed seemed rather appropriate to him based on the reaction. "I suppose that depends on how philosophical you want to be about it, but I can hardly deny that your performance was fine art. So if not art, then at least an artist."

Vale

"Me a artist. Subline!" She gave a pirouette and a gleaming smile. Purple shining through her. Taking his hand she lathed onto his arm once more clearly quiet content. giving it a few moments before speaking up. "As lovely as all this is.. You had mentioned you had some information on... Well me. Or at leas something to discuss on the matter. Is it sensitive. Or can we speak it here. Id rather save some of the small talk for over food."

Sylvain Moresby

"Well... It's not really anything too sensitive so far, I'd say. It's not like we'll really be able to say much for sure before we've properly looked into the situation, anyway... But I am in a position to see that my contact will do what he can once I've done him a little favor. If all goes well, it will be sorted out in the coming days." Sensitive or not, clearly he was leaving many of the more or less unrelated details in obscurity. "I suppose I may have been slightly motivated with the prospect of simply talking with you some more. But yes, we'll see what we can do to help you."

Vale

Who said I wanted help "of course of course... Thank you" Her thank you was rather ominous. One might even say scared. She wanted to be human, to be normal but if she was normal could she be here. Hanging on the arm of probly the sweetest rich boy around talking about bad art, and Indiana jones. Smiling up to him she rested her head on his shoulders seeming a bit content. "I would love to see your art, even if I don't get to be apart of it."

Sylvain Moresby

Even if something was slightly off with her reaction, he decided to brush it off for now in favor of maintaining the pleasant atmosphere. "I'll be glad to show you, say, on Thursday? Since we more or less agreed we'd see each other then, and I can more easily make sure we have the place to ourselves." It was hard to say whether he was implying more, though the hint of a smirk on his face did convey a message. "I'll be in touch once I know more as to what I can do for you and when. Until then, let's not worry about all those complexities."

Vale

"I would like that.. you keeping in touch that is." Her face turned a soft red, the blush seeming to heat all of her lights as they matched a warm crimson. Looking away she hid her smile and instead merely chose to press her weight against him...Seeming to forget for a moment just what she was. Of course. SHE wouldn't fall, even if he were to. "This is lovely you know. Just being able to be, well be happy.. Thank you for taking me."

Sylvain Moresby

Oh, did I actually manage to embarrass her? It's hardly a matter of innocence, so what's this about? Her weight was more apparent now that he knew to expect it; in hindsight it had been rather silly to think it was only a matter of strength. He gave a restrained but self-satisfied smile at himself and maintained the position for a moment before they carried on.   "Oh, it's nothing... I always have time for interesting company, you should've just said so if you missed me already." This wasn't entirely true; appearing too pushy or desperate might've easily made his interest run out sooner. "Speaking of which, do you have some place in mind you'd like to eat at next time, or should I surprise you?"

Vale

It was odd, She was almost always a soft purple. it was the color of her calm after all, but when he was speaking now her eye turned a soft pink. The lights on her body staying that gentle color as she brought a finger up to her lips humming softly out loud as she thought about it. "Some place with Soma, I miss going to little Tokyo in Newyork.. Not the cheep Chinese food but the real homegrown places. If there is one around her that is."   he called me intresting<3 He only wants you for me
Shut up! He clearly likes me! You mean he likes what I made you

Sylvain Moresby

"Oriental stuff, huh? Alright, I'll come up with something fitting for the occasion. No need to worry about cheapness with me." He said, inquisitively watching the display of color before him. He didn't quite know how to read her body language yet, but he certainly meant to figure it out and observing her wasn't going to get old anytime soon. "I trust you'll be all free from dinnertime onwards on Thursday? I'd rather we don't concern ourselves with anything but the essential then."

Vale

"Yesss I love sushi.!" you cant taste anything She nearly bounced out of her flats as they came to the last exhibit of the guided tour. Listening to it describe the origins of the old whalebone dagger in front of them. "Yeah, I made sure I had the night off. So I wont be working till Friday night. I litterly have all day, and night once I wake up. Nightshift perks!"

Sylvain Moresby

"Good for you. I'll still have to work on Friday so I can't promise much for then, but at least the night is ours." Once they were done with the tour, he led her to the nearby cafe as had originally been planned. "It's not much, but you can have what you like. Maybe it'll even make having listened to my ramblings back there somewhat worthwhile."

Vale

"come on your ramblings weren't that bad. Defently better then that boring narrator trying to tell us some facts" She gave a soft girlish giggle and slide into a chair. She had wanted to wait for him to pull a chair out for her, but for some reason she just didn't seem him as that kind of guy. Sitting back she gave him a glowing smile and seemed to look side to side a bit Doing her best to keep her legs closed,. Her hands fidgeting with the edge of her skirt trying to keep it from riding up. yet she kept rocking back and forth causing it to show just a bit more of her prefect thighs then she wanted. "Thank you.. Honestly. That was really nice.... I hadn't been allowed to just. "nerd" out in a long time."

Sylvain Moresby

He took a seat after her and took out a menu but maintained most of his attention. It was always satisfying to see the results of a calculated kindness such as this visit, after all. "The pleasure was all mine. We didn't get to talk that much about your personal interests, but feel free to make a list of other places you'd like to visit later on." Apparently he was fully expecting there to be more meetings like this without leaving her much room to refuse. Then again, at least he seemed committed to the idea on his end. Surely that was a good sign? "And really, there's no need to be embarrassed about any of that. It's a topic that interests me as well, not to mention the insight it gave on you."

Vale

"Of? Interest of mine? well its because you didn't ask. What kind of lady gives away all the pearls right away? Or at least freely, Have to make your cute as work at least a little" There wa sa small blush on her cheeks seeming to spread from the pink light on her forehead and pulse down her arms. She got a few looks from those around them but it was clear for once she didn't care she was actually kind of happy.

Sylvain Moresby

"Fair enough, I suppose we all have our secrets. Though in my defense last time was more about making acquaintances and seeing which drinks you like, so it makes sense to learn more now." He said with a chuckle. The surrounding people seemed to be of little consequence to him as well; her reactions were much more interesting. "I'll put effort in it, don't you worry... And I'm sure you'll return the favor one way or another. Either way, what can I get you here?"

Vale

"of.. Of .." She seemed genuinely surprised for a second. But quickly shook it off. the warm pink lights turning a more seductive purple. "Of course, I always put in as much effort as given... then soo much more on top." She lingered on the way she said, on top but gave it a smlalwave as she looked down towards the menu. "Something light... Hmm Maybe just a BLT and a razzberry Ice tea?

Sylvain Moresby

He showed a hint of a deviously amused smile before brushing it off as a joke. This sort of a response wasn't something he required, but it didn't disappoint either. "Sure, let's make it double. And don't be afraid to ask for extras if you're hungry." He offered and waved over a waiter, then gave the orders. Evidently the food itself was an entirely secondary focus to him.

Vale

Should we tell him that we never realy feel hungry? "of course, Now that that is out of the way you acted as if you were interested in my interests. I'm a open book if you care to ask." Of course she was deflecting the talking on him. she hadn't quiet figured out what to make of this cute man. That for al intents seemed to be fawning over her as much as she was him.. Or at least she.

Sylvain Moresby

Whether he noticed the deflection or not, he simply gave a half-smile in return. He had several reasons to potentially keep her around, but her being an unusual individual with a pretty face was not the foremost one. "Why, I'm all ears. I do recall asking about your free time, but given how you lack the opportunities to properly pursue those interests, they may have passed under the radar. Well, if you had one week and all the money you could wish for, what would you do with it?"

Vale

Oh very orginal "Ohh thats.. thats a interesting question.. All the money I could wish for hu? Hmmm... probly start in France I've always wanted to visit The Louvre. .Then travel across Europe. there is so much to see. So much food to try. Fresh wine n Spain. Traditionally beer in Germany. Theater in Italy. Swimming in Greece.. So a log trip across Eueope. With no expense pulled. But not some fancy high class tourist.. I want to be a local while I'm there. See it al las they do." She looked up and tapped her chin a she thought. Why it was a on the whim question one could tell by how she spoke of things she had thought of most of them before.

Sylvain Moresby

"Not a bad choice. I can recommend many of those from personal experience, too." He said with an approving nod as the food arrived. The waiter was dismissed and Sylvain's attention was back on her. "Still, I suppose an ideal vacation doesn't necessarily tell that much about you since traveling is what most people would do, not that there's anything wrong with it. So what if you couldn't leave this place and just had to come up with a pastime of your choice?"

Vale

"Oh, that's easy. Its probly no surprise I love to dance. Formal, traidnional. Japanese, Russian, African. Even island. I love to move to music and let it flow through me. There is little I love more honestly." She gave a soft chuckle into her hand, gently grabbing her glass she took a sip of the tee and tilted her head towards him. "I learned to dance from a young age and feel in love with it. Spent much of my youth trying to train myself how to dance in the ways of different cultures... Its less about the movements and more of the way dancing makes one feel. The way you can express and show the emotions, or even stories."

Sylvain Moresby

"I suppose I should have guessed, the best performers tend to enjoy their arts. I'm glad to hear you like some aspects of your job, at least." He responded, starting to eat in the well refined manner one might expect. It was no high class restaurant, but he wouldn't let that lower his standards. "So are you saying you'd like to learn or perform new styles aside of what you already do, or simply see more of what other dancers have to offer?"

Vale

"A bit of both, as much as I love to dance. There is nothing like watching someone else .Seeing how easily they perform moves I struggle with. Or even teaching me knew moves. its such a raptures experience. That's quiet rare." She gave a incent chuckle into he drink. Sipping it slowly while staring forward towards him Her eyes glowing a warm purple as she tapped her nails across the glass. "Of course its less the dancing and more the music. as to m at least dancing is just the music giving form. Of course there is purpose to it, but without the music its like art without a canvas."

Sylvain Moresby

"Can't really argue with that. I'm hardly an expert on performing arts, but while the different branches have their own merits, I suppose they reach new heights together." He responded thoughtfully, looking at her like a puzzle he was trying to solve. Part of him wondered whether any color could be brought out of her, another part considered whether it was wise to try. "Have you managed to see many performances like that since your working hours are relatively forgiving?"

Vale

"Yes! Besides watching the other girls at the club. I've managed to see a few street performers, and of course I always watch the crowds at work.. Kind of my job." Giving her neck a small rub she looks off to the side thinking about others performances she managed to snag since leaving home. "Oh there was this one I got to see a pretty indie performance of the nutcracker.. Through I spent most the time with something in my mouth.. He had a weird fetish. Umm When I was in Virginia I ended up as a escort to the police mans ball. There was such a beautiful violinist preforming that night! Her sounds seemed to echo my very soul!" Her enthusiasm was almost as sweet as the tea she was sipping on her eyes flicking different colors as emotions seemed to filter across her mind. resting once more on the soft purple as she stared back to him. Clearly a soft loving color.

Sylvain Moresby

He gave a silent nod as he listened, his expression difficult to read. It was quite strange hearing her talk about her earlier 'experiences' just like that, and he wasn't sure he liked it. Maybe her circumstances weren't her fault, but something about the topic didn't quite feel right for a setting like this.   Is she still seeing other men left and right? Earning her trust would be good, but does she even see this as anything but some kind of compensated dating? Oh well, I need to keep her handy, but if she has the nerve to ask for payment and lump me in with the rest, mister nice guy has to go.   "I imagine it'd be even better if you could give the performance your full attention. I'll keep it in mind for the future, maybe you'll get your chance yet."

Vale

To say her voice would have cracked glass was a understatement. The high-pitched screech that came out of her lips next was that like a bat. As her eyes light up a glorious pink joy. "REALY! OMG OMG.. I would love to. the nutcracker is soo bad but god is it a classic with such amazing choreography, and complex dance sets. Of course the story is over told, the music is kind of boring, and the outfits are ..Well frankly look like something out of a bad B rated horror movie but. They arnt as bad as swan lake. god the dances in that one are to die for!!" She would ramble on about old Musical plays as long as he would let her. Clearly it was a bit of a passion for her.

Sylvain Moresby

He flinched visibly at the sudden sound, as did many of the onlookers. At least it became apparent soon enough that nothing was seriously amiss and they could relax. "Looks like someone's interested... Well, I'll have to ask you for a bit of patience with that. If I'm in a good mood after Thursday, maybe we'll sort something out for the weekend as well." He said with a slightly suggestive smile. They both knew perfectly well what this was about. As far as topics went, this was just fine. Listening to a passionate exposition always revealed something about the person giving it. And maybe it did earn him some points with her, too.

Vale

Why she didn't sigh. The visual tick of her eyes flashing a irritant red. Only to quickly flash back to a happier purple, it was quiet clear she didn't miss what he was saying beyond his lovely, sweet, kind.. Fuck were was I ? She knew what he was getting at. Fuck me good and ill get you the purse you wanted.. It wasn't the worst Deal she heard in a while at least. He still seemed nice after all, he would probly be gentle. "Of course Through its not the season for the nutcracker, or black swan you would have to see who is playing.. Unless you know more of a hip-hop group.! those are a bit more underground but!" And she was off again, if she was paying she wanted to get her moneys worth. Finishing her tea she took a moment to collect her thoughts having spewed word vomit over dancing and preforming arts for a good.. Honestly she lost track around the time she was discussing Ballroom dancing and all but begging if he knew any good masquerades.

Sylvain Moresby

The reaction provided an insight as expected. Maybe not an entirely positive one, but sometimes a small provocation was the best way to learn what he wanted. He allowed her to talk for a bit as he went over his findings in his head. Well, well... If she were only in this for the money, she wouldn't be bothered by that. Unless she's the one trying to wrap me around her finger and sees it's not going so well. Interesting.   "Come now, Vale. I'm sorry if the joke wasn't up your alley after all, you don't need to feel pressured for anything. What I mean is that it makes more sense to talk about what comes next after what might be called our first proper date. No matter how it turns out." This time his statement wasn't suggestive, but rather warm and reassuring. With this kind of charm there was always a chance of it being an act, but his was certainly quite convincing.

Vale

Of course he would double back.. Maybe it was just him trying to be funny after all. or he just wants to use and abuse you Either way it honestly didn't bother her. In the end she would remain. Pushing her glass aside she leaned forward clasping her hands together with a bright smile. Leaning up agsint the table, giving him a rather easy glance to her assets as she gave her head a small tilt. She didn't want that, yet guys have needs as much as she did. There was no need to deny or pretend otherwise. "Of course. I understood what you were saying through. A good date does often end up with one. Quite.. IN a good mood. Besides. I'm not a freeloader. I work quiet hard for what I want.. I'll do a lot more then prove that to you after our date."

Sylvain Moresby

His gaze dipped down ever so briefly as most men's would, but he kept his attention on the discussion. They were still in a public place, after all. He gave a soft chuckle in response to her words. "I'm glad to hear you have high hopes for it, I can only hope it does turn out well for us both. Still... there's really no need to think of any of that as work, you know?" His gaze wandered off again, this time to the side. Maybe his wishes weren't quite as straightforward after all... And perhaps it was best for him to just not look too much into her choice of words. Surely she wasn't simply comparing him to a paying customer?

Vale

"A.." She gave a small soft giggle looking at him from under her eyelashes with mischievous eyes glowing a deep sultry purple. " Work hu?, oh sweetie. If I only worked and didn't play I would be very dull wouldn't I? Even artist paint for fun you know, and you look like the juiciest canvas around. So Noo Noo your not work, through I do very much expect to be worked." It was her turn to be quiet blunt with what she wanted. Or rather what she wanted it to appear she wanted inside she was quiet unsure, and her eyes being unable to stay on the sultry purple. Having a small wavering in color gradience. Would prove that. Of cours eshe would prove otherwise if she had to.

Sylvain Moresby

"Hm. I suppose that's true, at least with some artists. Though I wonder..." This time he didn't build up on her joke, and barely seemed amused by it. Instead it seemed like he was deep in thought. The more I think about it, the less sense it makes. Why would she care about anything but the money or whatever benefit is in it for her? Still, does it matter? Depends on where she tries to take things, I suppose... But I'll have to be careful. "...Anyway. Enjoying the food, I hope?"

Vale

"Oh, it was quiet good. I finished mine a bit again through I didn't see you even touch yours" She chuckled a bit smiling as she looked out before them. Rocking back to lean against the booth. Hmm He is kinda cute when he is lost in thought I wonder quiet what he is thinking about.

Sylvain Moresby

"I'm just taking my time, this was more about the conversation for me, anyway." And in hindsight I'm not sure it worked out the way I wanted... I was supposed to get all the business and analysis out of the way today so I can focus on enjoying next time, but it's lead to more questions than answers. Then again, maybe it's a good thing. I'll take an enigma over an airhead any time. He spent a moment on his food before looking at her again. "So... It's mostly been a one way discussion with me asking a whole lot and you explaining in great detail. Feel free to reverse it if there's anything you're curious about."

Vale

"Curous? About you uhhh I mean .Its not like i wannaa know anythin" Of course she didn't want ot know anything.she wanted to know everything. Every last tiny detail. Thrugh the biggest qustion was much more straight forward. Why her.. "Hmmm Well since you asked me what is your graetest passion? Seems only fair since I told you mine after all."

Sylvain Moresby

He spent a moment in contemplation, trying to think of a good way to describe the answer... Maybe not just in an easily understandable but also presentable way. "It's a little hard to put my finger on it... I suppose you could say I'm a thrill seeker, but obviously every experience isn't equal and the answer might change as I get used to different things. But one thing that always entertains me is trying to figure out how interesting people think. It could be through some kind of game or competition or just a good old discussion. And I'm not just flirting when I say you're a good example of that." He explained and sipped on his drink after finishing with the food. "Why, are you thinking of treats for me in return?"

Vale

"Perhaps, or maybe Im just trying to make sure I'm not boring you. Lame as it may seem . I Dont get geunine converstions very often..People clearly only want a few things when they see me. Maybe I just want to make sure yo uwant a bit more.. Or perhaps I am looking for ways to treat you..All good deeds deserve somthing in return" Vale chuckled like the way he phrased the clear ask for more then a gentle converstion this time. "Every been sky diving mister Trill seeker. Ive allways wanted to try. We used to go upstate when Iwas younger and go jump off the covered bridges. But thats about the extent of thrill seeking ive done."

Sylvain Moresby

"Don't you worry about that, I hardly would've brought you here if I weren't interested in anything but 'a few things'. I doubt you'll be boring me that soon." He joked in return. It wasn't a lie... Though he wasn't entirely sure yet whether they were looking for quite the same thing here. Aside of help with their respective conditions and assuming this wasn't just about money to her, anyway. "I've been a couple of times, yes. It's a thrill to be sure, though I've tried not to get too used to things like that, wouldn't want the novelty to wear off. Maybe you should give it a try if you get the chance." As he paused briefly, another idea seemed to occur to him. "Going on a bit of tangent, but I have to assume you're not much of a swimmer, right? You know, with floating probably being a bit of an issue, if that's not an insecurity. I just got curious."

Vale

Honestly. She hand't tryed. And while she asumed most ofher body was robtic at this point there wa sno way to check without a full Xray and she had avoided most hostpitals like the plague.Even when she had gotten shot she had bailed out as soon as she was able to. Looking to the side a bit she kinda psoke soflty. " honestly hadn't tryed Kinda asumed I would just sink to the bottom."

Sylvain Moresby

"That's what I'd assume since you're made of denser stuff... But it's all right, I wasn't planning to take you diving or anything." He joked to lighten the mood a bit. It seemed like a simple matter to verify, but maybe it made some sense that she hadn't gone to the trouble of testing every nuance of her condition. Though he was different in that regard, ever curious to find out how best to take advantage of his unusual properties. "Right, did you want to order anything else?"

Vale

"No, It was quiet lovly converstion and all. Thank you" She gave a curt smile and stood stood up slowly pushing her chair in as she did.Walking over she rest a hand on his shoulder. "Why I know you probly want to drive me home. I acautly kinda want a walk. There are somth things I need to go get... Some shoping before our date you know?" She leaned down and gave a soft chaste kiss on his cheek. "Call me ok?"

Sylvain Moresby

Can't she just as well do that tomorrow? No, I shouldn't look so much into it. She has other priorities like we all do. "Well, if you're sure... Though I wouldn't mind giving you a ride anyway. But maybe I'll let you keep your lady secrets for now." He responded with a faint smile, briefly taking her hand before she'd head off. "I will... And remember, dinnertime on Thursday. Looking forward to it."
