Live before the underworld
It is really not a story that Hades loves to be shared, or be told. His childhood was miserable, and it became worse after his brother Zeus defeated their father. Not that he resented Zeus for killing their father, but he felt that he didn't belong with his siblings. Especially not with their ideals, so when it was time for the Gods to divide the realms. He offered himself up to live inside the underworld.Persephone
Inside the underworld, he met the shock of his life. The Queen and current ruler of the Underworld, and to say that she was not happy with his presents, would be an understatement. She was less thrilled about the fact that he intended to take over her Kingdom. So a large battle between the two broke out, the underworld was in chaos. Daemonic creatures were created to do the chaos, but in the end Persephone won the war. But for some reason she didn't kick him out, she instead suggested that they would work together. Later he discovered that he, during their war, had developed feelings for her. In the end, they ended up ruling together as husband and wife.Relationships
