A plateau near a wide river in fertile lands draws the notice of goblinoid settlers from the west. Its status as a defensible location with fresh water, a river linking the western nations to the eastern sea, and vegetative land led them to the establishment of a transient resupply and rest stop. This was the humble beginning of Aman-Tal.
