House "Apgavika"

One of the "Three Great Noble Houses" of the Great House Coalition. House "Apgavika" has their house sigil represent a white snake with gleaming emerald eyes coiled around a quarterstaff. This sigil is a reminder of their ancestor and what he became along with respect to Asmodeus and his true form. This house is unique in the entirety of Evantris by being a royal tiefling house. The Apgavika family are tieflings descended from an ancient human hero born centuries before the founding of Erissia. This human hero formed a pact with Asmodeus in exchange for great power at the cost of eterrnal torture and damnation of his descendants. The hero was transformed into a demonic-serpent being and given a new "demonic" name, "Apgavik". Apgavik used his power to protect his people from their opressors (rumoured to be the predecessors to the Kalig Republic) but in duing so was shamed and outcasted by them for his turn to demonhood.
