Vantablack Cloak
A cloak that looks like a black abyss, no matter the angle. Heavier than it looks, though, and nearly impossible to fold. Makes the wearer more stealthy in darkness.
Mechanics & Inner Workings
While wearing this cloak, the user gains a +2 circumstance bonus to Stealth checks, and can use the cloak as concealment for the purpose of making Stealth checks in dim light or darkness, though this is ineffective against creatures who are unaffected by darkness (such as creatures with Darkvision). The cloak can be donned or put away with a full-round action, though can be dropped as normal. The cloak has AC 5, Hardness 10, HP 20, and fire damage bypasses hardness. The cloak itself is immune to negative energy damage, but this immunity has no effect on the wearer.
