The city state of Oshen declares independence

As the Great War raged the city of Oshen mysteriously declared independence. Despite expectations they did not seek to join any other nation, nor gather other allies to form their own nation. Any forces sent to claim the city were repelled by an impenetrable shield and given the intent to not interfere in the rest of the war effort, most nations ignored the region.
