The Slayer lays siege to Oshen

The Slayer, with intent to kill the Arbiter of the City, laid siege to the cities shield. After a prolonged battle the Slayer herself breaks the shield and invades the city proper. While much of the city is raided, the Slayer was defeated in an encounter with the Arbiter and cast out. The Slayer retreats from the city in shame and is not seen again.
