The Eusakan

  The Eusakan live on the tiny, isolated island of Eusakai, which lies in the Ilwyrikan Sea to the northwest of Achia. It is a cold land of tundra and bare rock, but is the only breeding ground for the rare ghost puffin, a type of seabird.   The Eusakan are a small community of around fifty individuals that have lived on the island for less than two hundred years. Their single settlement was founded by a group of Ilwyrikan researchers who wanted to protect the ghost puffins from over-hunting and extinction. They are fiercely protective of the island and tend to forcefully drive away outsiders.
