Solitude is a small island in the Grey Waters, off the northern coast of Serukis. Whilst it is technically owned by Serukis, it is actually a place with little to no oversight. It has only one settlement, Seahaven, which has become a refuge for pirates who stalk the places between the many islands of the Grey Waters.
Solitude has no agriculture and not much to offer in the way of resources. Much of what one can find on the island has been brought in from elsewhere; however, it is a good place to look for rare or illicit goods.
Love a pirate haven. Have they done anything to fortify the island against the authorities? One day, someone is going to come for those pirates, and they probably won't spare the islanders.
Mostly heavy bribery, and probably a few towers with ballistae.
