Smoke's Hearth

Riverside tavern

   Smoke's Hearth is the tavern in the Seruic town of Ash River. It is built on the banks of the Smoke, a tributary of the Serpent river. It is a squat stone building with a thatched roof, and it has a water wheel that enables the tavern to grind its own flour. It only has one room in the attic for overnight guests, and caters much more for the local population.

If there's not a mill closer, I imagine they have a sideline in grinding flour for the locals as well.
