   Baruf is a small island to the north of mainland Sarsand. It has a tropical climate most of the year round, with very mild winters. The island is a mixture of forests and arable land, with its main crop being tobacco. Cigars from Baruf are considered the best in the world.

How widespread is tobacco use? Are they noticing any health problems yet?

Tobacco use is pretty widespread. Any health problems have not yet been linked to it.
