Lurking Rosenthyme Dragon Effects
The Lurking Rosenthyme Dragon Effects are the effects from the poison of the Creeping Rosenthyme. There are different effects that happen depending on the age of the plant.
Players will need to roll on the chart below each time they drink Adult or older tea or when they get sap on them.
The Tea
Drinking tea made from the Young-Young Adult flowers provides an uplifting outlook giving advantage on the next charisma roll and an inspiration point. Drinking adult tea is bitter but still provides an uplifting outlook giving advantage on the next charisma roll. Where as drinking tea from the Elder flowers, you take 2d10+8 poison damage per drink of tea and are resistant to poison damage for 10 days. The Sap
Each thorn contains 2d4+2 poison damage and immediately a Rosenthyme Dragon appears within your vision, knowing that it is a vision and not real. Skilled alchemists can create a salve with the Elder sap which speeds up the healing process of missing limbs and provides a +1 to AC for 10 days. If used without a missing limb the salve eats away at the body part for 2d6+2 days taking 10d6 acid damage per day.
