Ask the Rangers
The closest thing to law in the wilds of Kytheria are the Rangers. A volunteer organization that dedicates itself to the protection of Kytheria's verdant Ecosystem.
They are underfunded, outgunned, but make up for it in their knowledge. Before you go out into the Kytherian Wilderness, make sure you ask a Ranger first!
