The End of September
A month of productivity interspersed with some good ol' fashion panic. The Modules for showing off and playing En.Core are being hammered out though!
Barron has been hard at work drafting and concepting out a series of short one-shot plays called "Spokes of the Wheel."
Each of these 'Spokes' will take the form of a CYOA article chain, that players can play through themselves to get a feel for Ethnis, or play as a full mini-campaign with a GM and others.
The outline for all four intended spokes are complete, but the first one is undergoing drafting. Expect some hair raising adventures within the alien planet of Jhoutai. The Episodic modules will venture from the depths of the planet-forming Jhoutaioan Coral to the desert captial city of the Kajh, known as Yak'koli.
As this has already been drafting, Ademal and Barron have been going through and slowly editting the first draft into something even better. It has been a really fun learning process for Barron to be apart of!
Both are hopeful that they can have it editted around the end of the year. And the hunt for artists to illustrate the novel are on!

Ademal has been working overtime on getting the Module to Dimi and Janet this month. The first super public play of En.Core is just around the corner and having a great story to showcase what En.Core can do is top on her mind.
She has been running playtests with Barron and Hiive, as well as working on the articles themselves so they can be used for more campaigns in the near future!
After a lot of thought and discussion, we've decided to start using our World Anvil Forums as a way to allow fun Roleplay and host questions.
As the forums ramp up, our first public campaign in the Ethnis Discord has come to a close.
It was a fantastic learning experience, and Barron is excited to run more on the discord and on the forums!

Life updates
Barron
There's been lots of excitement in Barron's life— he gained his certification to compete in the USPSA (United States Practical Shooting Association) and will be going to his next match next week.
Day job stuff has been particuarly grueling this month, with long hours and high-stress days back to back, it's been difficult to find the willpower to keep on chugging out Ethnis. It's been slow, it feels like it hasn't been fast enough, but everything is still moving just a bit.
