Meteor hammers can be used to attack offensively with Grapple, and to extend the range from which you may Grapple a target. They use your Grapple skill for their maneuvers, landing strikes of incredible impact and ensaring targets into grapple contests with you even if you are not in the same cell as you. On a successful grapple check they are subdued, then downed, then knocked out in order.
