Yo guys, spending some time going through the some of the scouting docs. Found a theme of sporadic stormy days. Multiple reports are coming in about storms coming in on a pretty frequent schedule.
First level analysis sounds like it's tied into the local tidal range, would make sense with the amount of moisture in that valley. I'm not too excited about the humidity.
Storms seem to be pretty hard to forecast their strength. I see some that were reported as minor dry lightning while others sound like tornados slamming the scouts.
We'll need to make sure security involves weather hardening and bolting the habitat deep. Fran, we might wanna see if we can tweak the terraformers to be a bit more generous when it comes to storm correction.

The Fenu-Tri Tidal Storms are a series of weather patterns that are impacted by the orbit of the moons around Fenu-Tri. These storms will rise and follow the nearest moons orbit as water is lifted and dropped. Moisture is pulled up into the atmosphere. These pockets of atmospheric moisture follow the path of the moon, on hitting landfall, they condense into storms that travel inland.
The storms vary in strength, and can be impacted by Fenu-tri's natural seasons and weather bands. Storms can vary from a few days of rain, to rare severe tornadic super cells. Lightning is intense during these storms, as the movement causes static in the atmosphere.
