Barrakas
He is the headmaster of The School Of Magics. Every department has a department head that pretty much can decide on their own, however, big decisions have to made with his acceptance.
He mostly makes decisions about the school itself and not the lessons. He isn't always on school property or in the city for that mater. One of his goals is having every book of magic in existence inside and every magical book he can get of the school library, so he travels quite a lot. He also likes to send adventurers and previous students on quests to find these kinds of books for him.
