James Kelpan
James Kelpan was a historian. He published The History of Plumeria in 1784.

Kelpan was born in Plumeria as the son of a farmer. He attended Floaroma University and graduated in 1762. In 1791, Kelpan founded the Etherian Society.
He died in Plumeria at age 54.
