Create Water:
- You create up to 10 gallons of clean water within range in an open container.
- Alternatively, the water falls as rain in a 30-foot cube within range, extinguishing exposed flames in the area.
- You destroy up to 10 gallons of water in an open container within range.
- Alternatively, you destroy fog in a 30-foot cube within range.
Manifestation
Create water manifests as a light rain that fills the container of your choice or extends through the area you have chosen.
Destroy water manifests as a quick combustion-like effect that wipes out the water of fog you've chosen as effect.

Verbal, Hand Motion, and a drop of water to create or a grain of sand to destroy.
Gestures & Ritual
Pour the single drop of water/grain of sand on your fingertip, immediately after proceed to call the incantation and do the hand motion to activate the spell.
