Redd is seen as a Goddess walking Mirabilis. All guards level 8 and down are not allowed to see her face or speak her name. She is only to be refered to as "The Lady" or "My Lady" Guards level nine are allowed to speak her name, but only level tens are allowed to see her. As of 8/13/1994 there are only 3 known level ten guards across the entirety of Mirabilis, and they all live in Pendragon.
Public Agenda
The public thinks very strongly of Lady Redd, known as 'The Neoskeres' to citizens. She travels across the globe performing Removal Festivals where and when needed.
History
Keres, the very first Human, founded Pinnacle 5000 years ago as a way to jumpstart Human greatness. It was first a religion, then spiraled into the force it is in present day.

Some do have guns, but they're only used in CKR. Melee weapons are used, and armor is light yet sturdy. Most scientific advances happened in CNC, but are approved and overlooked by Pinnacle.

Education
To be considered a level one guard, guards must;
-Do hard manual labor
-Enroll in pre-guard school by age 5, enter guard prep school by 8, continue until age 18 (year one to thirteen of school), then post guard school from 18-20
-24/7 patrol days starting at age 18
-Participation in Removal Festivals if needed
-500 captures per year starting age 18
-Minor medical service
-Two years military training & service (can be done from age 12-20)

Infrastructure
24 prisons for adults, 24 for summer camps scattered across Mirabilis. Anywhere from 20-30k prisoners per prison, and ~600 guards per prison. Summer camps are far more humane than prisons.
