Nyx is the single most intelligent spawn Ythima has created without the aid of Synax or Arc' Ven. It serves as the first agent of the Darkness' will to be deployed in an incursion. Nyx is the Perfected Wraith, gifted powers far beyond that of his rank. Nyx itself does not have a direct personality, as it serves only the will of its masters. Despite its Drone like appearance, its the only spawn capable of thinking of its own accord, and acting on its own conclusions. This does not however mean it is capable of free will, as its thoughts are all intrinsically bound to it's master.
Physical Description
Body Features
Nyx is a tall, disproportionately thin creature. It appears with broad shoulders, its gut is shrunken in. Its hips appear boney despite Nyx having no skeleton. Its arms reach down to its knees, and its hands are large enough to wrap around a grown man, and have his index meet his thumb. Its fingers are long, and tipped with small, but impossibly sharp metal claws, and its palms are wider than a face.
Its head fuses with its shoulders without a neck, and both of its eyes are on the left side of its face. It has no mouth, or any other opening into its body except its eyes.
Special abilities
Nyx possesses a few spells typically only possessed by the other classes of Shadow. Such as the Ebonstars, Psionic Torment, and Illusion Crafting. Nyx, as a Wraith, can instantly transpose itself anywhere on the planet an unlimited number of times. Furthermore, Nyx is one of the only spawn that does not possess the Kaaos Shard or Inax Core that almost every spawn in existence possesses. Instead the energy circulates through his body, and it can crystallize it as means to weaponize its own life-force.
