Before the Beginning

Before the Beginning, there was nothing. This nothing, vast and incomprehensibly empty, was called the Void by those who came after. This Void encompassed all there was to know. Until a grand will appeared. A will whos very word was existence, and yet, existed as nothing in perfect harmony with the Void. It spoke and it was.   "AND I TAKE FORM, TO BE AS MANIFEST BEFORE MY CREATION TO COME."   These words, the first thought, began all events that would come to pass in and out of Reality. This will, which would come to be called Arc' Xera, or the "Divine Infinite" by its creations, made wills by the words it spoke. These aspects of things it found to be true in its eyes. And by their existence, made to be true in all things. Siphon the Aspect of Energy. Mirror the Aspect of Reflection. Psion and Scion, the Aspect of Reaction. Minus, the Aspect of Duality. Purifier, the Aspect of Wholeness. War, the Aspect of Free Will. Fate, the Aspect of Time. Oracle, the Aspect of Knowings. Benevolence and Malevolence, the Aspect of Personality. Omen and the Foretold, Aspect of Cataclysm. Purgatory, the Aspect of Solitude. These Aspects were to be called the Precursors, and by their existence set a precedent for all things to come.       Then from the Void came two additional Wills, like the first, and their names were Arc' Veih and Arc' Ven. Arc' Veih, the "Divine Holiness", was a being made entire from light and power, and was one of the three Great Omnipotents. His word was existence, just as Arc' Xera. Arc' Ven, the "Divine Malediction", was made from shadows and power, and he was one of the three Great Omnipotents. And his word was Existence, just as Arc' Xera, and Arc' Veih. And these two wills did not know Arc' Xera, nor did they know of Arc' Xera. They went on to speak and create Heaven and Hell.
