Priest if the Ethean village Obruno Fran Willtmo Obruno's middle name is Quiltub The name of Willtmo Obruno's family is the Fran family. (a.k.a. Willtmo Obruno's daughter calls him Obru. Willtmo Obruno is not very happy with his nickname.)

Willtmo is the title of a priest in Ethea. A priest in Ethea controls the religious undergoings and the political undergoings. The next priest is chosen by taking the monks of the village and the present priest places the gem of power on each of the monks' foreheads. Depending on the color the gem first turns upon placement, the next priest is chosen.   Obruno is an old and impatient man. He keeps with tradition and he has not let any parties or festivities be held without his permission. He does does not believe that dancing should be done unless it is in a ritual. Obruno has restricted sense-blurring drinks only to those of high rank.   Willtmo Obruno's daughter Ametea breaks these rules all the time. Ametea's beliefs sometimes conflict with those of their dieties. Such as Ametea's belief on outsiders. Ametea believes that people from other dimensions and lands should be welcome, she has been locked away for that reason.   Obruno shares the contracting belief that outsiders do not respect the deities, and for that reason they must be turtorted and killed.

Obruno's birth was prophesied. The priest reigning at the time had a vision that a battle between barbaric outsiders and the Ethean villagers. The priest saw that Obruno would bring the Ethean villagers to victory if the people only followed him.
