Scale Clan
This family of Kobolds can be found in almost every major city of Droukar. Many go to them to sell magic items that they have no use for or feel are too dangerous to possess. This allows the Scale Clan to collect a lot of magic items. Granted many of them would be deemed useless. Every shop is built the same but they are always a different color. The rooms reflect the scale that is currently in charge of that shop and many wonder how they build them so accurately. Yes, there are many mysteries surrounding this strange group of Kobolds. Are they related? How do they store so many items? Who is making these things? Regardless, if you're looking for something cheap and magical. There is no better place to look than in one of Scales Rooms.
