Moeid
Moeid is the Elverfolk deity of preservation. He arrived in Eyvindara with the rest of the Naerfi and was primarily concerned with learning the controlled cycle of the forest. He learned the language of the plants and understood what makes them grow and die. He ran with the beasts and understood the nature of hunter and prey. And he guided the rest of the Naerfi in keeping that balance undisturbed.
The Elverfolk look to him as the great protector of Nature and seek his guidance when crops fail and when natural disasters threaten the safety of the forest. The Elverfolk do not hunt for food but they periodically go on hunts and present their trophies at an altar of Moeid to wish for peaceful coexistance with nature. Entire harvests are periodically presented at his altar to thank him for guiding nature into providing for them.
