Trade
Trade (also known as New Alles) is the lingua franca of Allethra. A simplified version of Old Alles, Trade was introduced to the world by the Allesend Empire to bring its conquered nations together under one tongue.
Over the three centuries of the Empire, Trade evolved to become something of a creole, adopting words and phrases from the native countries' languages. Even after the fall of the Empire, Trade remains as the common tongue of Allethra.
