The Verdant Mother
Life and fertility certainly existed on Essaria before the gods came to power, but it was the Verdant Mother who perfected it. Some say that without her guidance, the mortal races would have never evolved to their level of sentience.
Since the return of the Essarian Gods, the Verdant Mother has been adopted by many a farmer or rancher. Edranites, in particular, worship the lifebringing magic that she brings to their fields.
