Quirinius

  The Dragon God of Time is the patron deity of the primal dragons and other exceptionally long-lived species. Quirinius understands the strange emotions associated with outliving other beings as the strands of time weave around his children. In particular, he embodies the primal powers of Essaria's unique energy field, even through its modification by the Pliscians. In the face of decay and destruction, Quirinius preaches tenets of sustainability, calling upon his followers to maintain the world as time seeks to destroy parts of it.   Quirinius is perpetually at war with the other three Dragon Gods. Though they have similar goals in the betterment of dragonkind, they rarely - if ever - agree on the methods with which such goals should be attained.
