Nihil
It's unknown if Nihil is of the same origin as the rest of the Essarian Gods. If they are, they removed themselves from the Prime Iterum in ages even before the Pliscians arrived in favor of the Space Between Spaces, a primordial gutter between the different dimensions. There, Nihil resides, gathering and destroying all knowledge and matter.
When the Pliscians constructed the Legacy and the Divine Prison, they did not know about Nihil. It wasn't until millennia afterwards that they discovered the enigmatic entity hiding in the void between their newly constructed Iterums. They constructed a number of Negative Boxes, devices able to harness the power of the void and extract some of Nihil's infinite and destructive knowledge.
Today, the holders of the Negative Boxes are the only ones who know about and can interact with Nihil. They do not make their presence known on any Iterum, and certainly do not willingly grant their powers to would-be clerics. Nevertheless, some nihilistic cults have arisen around these Negative Boxes, sharing this strange power in small organizations to further Nihil's goals of annihilation.
