The Eternal City of Yonder

History:

Built on an island just off the coast of Northern Espen. The city was designed to be impregnable due to the high walls around the keep, Old World arcana, and the shallow but choppy waters leading to the island. However, the entire settlement simply vanished without a trace following a massive storm off the northwest coast of the mainland.   As the city was a stronghold of the Genasi few individuals from other cultures were granted access. Being Genasi, few even noticed when an entire settlement went missing, save for a Gnomish envoy, a Dwarven research team, and a contingent of Sea Elves on a trade mission.   As legend has it, the town is eternal. The Old World Arcana that protected the town was corrupted over time by the Genasi's attempts to harness it, so much that the town itself was removed from time itself, existing at all times at once.  Destined to live the cycle of destruction and rebirth for eternity.   The town is said to hold an awesome power, and secret that could unravel reality itself.
