Mandragora Milk

Medical Findings

The Mandragora Seed can store moisture from the surrounding terrain for up to 2 years after harvested.  Though extraction is labor intensive, the milk released when the seed is crushed is packed with nutrition and in dire situations, it can stave off dehydration and exhausion. If concentrated it can even reverse the effects of exhaustion over time. However it is important that the seeds remnants be strained from the mixture as the seeds are highly toxic.  Leaving many to forgo its benefits as a mistake in its harvesting or processing can be fatal.

Herbalism

Mandragora Milk is commonly used as a medium or binding agent in brews and potions, but it also has a large culinary following.  However as it is mistakenly considered toxic by many cultures it only appears sparingly and only in the finest of dining establishments.
