Susan removed some sort of affliction affecting the group, and when she did, they leveled up for the first time, and their Mysterious Headaches and Nausea and other fun symptoms were gone! She told them that she didn't know what was causing their affliction, so she couldn't ensure it wouldn't happen again, and advised them to be cautious.
