Satanas' revolution

Satanas' Revolution is the fourth and last myth of the Book of Creation.

Summary

In the beginning, several hundreds of thousands of year ago, there was an angel serving under Niris, the god of war. The angel's name was Satanas. One day Satanas was allowed by his god to attend a council meeting. At the council meeting Satanas got enraged because the gods discussed the people suffering but didn't seem to decide to do anything about it. Satanas spoke out at this saying that the god are bad for letting people suffering instead of helping them, that suffering people should not be suffering. The gods just stare at him, Rex telling Niris to keep his angel under wraps.
Book of Creation 1:4:3-1:4:5   "This council meeting has been going on for ten days, and I have not heard you discussing what to do with the suffering people!" said [Satanas], "You created the people, and yet you seem to think nothing of doing anything for those of the people who are suffering!"   The council chamber was silent, until Rex spoke.   “Niris, silence your angel,” he said, after which the council meeting continued. After ten more days of council meetings, the meeting ended.
The council meeting continue with Satanas being sour, planning to show the gods what for. After the meeting Satanas requests audience with Bryglene, because surely the goddess of charity would agree with him, and agree she did. She told him that she would speak with the council.
Book of Creation 1:4:10-1:4:11   "Oh, great Bryglene, goddess of charity," [Satanas] pleaded, "Speak to the Council of Gods and Goddesses and persuade them that the people will not have to suffer!"   Bryglene answered him, "The council has no interest in solving the minor problems of the people, but I will speak to the council that they should help the suffering."
A few days later Mammon, an angel of Bryglene, came to Satanas and told him that Bryglene had been shut down by the council, saying that "they did not have time", which made Satanas angry. He and Mammon decided that the gods needed to be shown what for. They talked to other gods, their coalition gaining the angels of Asmodeus, an angel of Delena, Lucifer, an angel of Qalir, Beelzebub, an angel of Greelia, Leviathan, an angel of Qasyn and Belphegor, an angel of Oaris. The seven of them gathered more of their fellow angels and waged war on the gods. The war lasted for thousands of years and in the end the gods won. As punishment for their rebellion the seven angels were banished to the first seven hells by Rex and were deemed devils.

Historical Basis

Well, people sin, do they not? And where does that sin come from?   Exactly.

Spread

The myth of the seven devils' revolution has spread up and down the river Fyel. It is also told in Jaggeryh and Guérse.

Variations & Mutation

In the east of Fyelbelle Satanas wasn't at the council meeting, but he heard a recap from Niris afterward.   In Guérse the devils rebelled because the gods were selfish and too controlling over everyone, even Bryglene, who in the original version agreed with Satanas.   In Jaggeryh the god Setar was on the devil's side, despite not being mentioned at all in the original version.   In most versions it is Rex who tells Niris to shut Satanas up but in reality it was Oklahoma, but people usually want to paint Oklahoma in a good light and Rex in a bad one.

In Art

There are several paintings of the council meetings, several of which have a Satanas next to Niris. There are also paintings of The seven devils with different armaments fighting the gods.
