The Violet Vixen is one of the Hags is a 72 year old Tiefling (given name is Aymayissa Pica).
A War Domain Hag who has a cursed weapon which has guided her to corruption of self. She is a talented carpenter. She has a nervous habit of biting her fingernails off (bloody fingers with deep teeth marks.
Her skin is tinted violet after relying on the water from her blade to sustain her. Her ram-like horns are sharpened daily.

Claws (Hag Form Only) - Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit = 13 (2d8 + 4) slashing damage.Change Shape = The hag magically polymorphs into a Small or Medium female Humanoid, or back into her true form. Her Statistics are the same in each form. Any Equipment she is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. She reverts to her true form if she dies.
Etherealness: The hag magically enters the Ethereal Plane from The Material Plane, or vice versa. To do so, the hag must have a Heartstone in her possession.
THE VIOLET NEEDLE
A curse blade coloured a violet purple - a curved sword called a khopesh. The distinctive blade of the khopesh looks like a question mark with the cutting edge on the outside of the curve like a scimitar, not the inside like a sickle.Aymayissa found the blade in ruin of a forgotten Baron who ruled the area before the Feywild Expanse spread across that part of Kutloc (near Mount Pyria). It once had been Levana's - who was turned into a book. She travelled through many parts of the Outer Planes - mainly into the layers of Acheron.

Dehydration: all water drunk through lips is turned to sand - only way to drink is if the blade has been used to draw blood first. If do not 'feed' blade you gain one point of Exhaustion, that cannot be removed by normal resting.
hit 17 and above: the a percent of the water within a target's body - inflicting a level of Exhaustion (2 levels of a 19 or 20) - restoring the same Exhaustion from welder.

The 28th (last day) of Xan (last month of the year) the followers of The Enchantress cull a certain race - as selected by the Enchantress. It is said, her followers rise early and walk East, and she lets her followers know by it is the race of the first stranger the see on that day. From there the cull without mercy of that race (known or unknown to them) for the whole day until midnight.
* It does come to pass that all her followers first see someone of the same race.
