The Peril of a Word
How does anyone warn children against saying a certain word, when you dare not say it, write it down, nor draw any symbol that represents that which you cannot speak?
The writings on the peril of speaking the title of the unspoken element, it's plane of existence and those Elementals are few and far between. The two most well known are
* THE UNSPOKEN ELEMENTAL
* The Forgotten Man
Speak of The Plane of Air in words that seem to take flight,
With passionate flame speak of The Plane of Fire,
Let your words be like waves on a shore when you speak of The Plane of Water. With the sturdy strength speak of The Plane of Wood. Dig in with grounded words when speaking of The Plane of Earth.
Just never place faith in speaking of the sixth elemental plane. For once you are safe and think you always will be. Twice you are cautious, but you can't ever undo the spoken. The third time that single word is said, then you will be gone. Not just from the now, but your existence forgotten. Only those who minds have been already altered in that exact moment, by consumption of drug or drink, will even have a chance of missing your presence.
Just don't ever start. Don't test out the myth. The risk and peril are too great, and result always the same. Not that any mortal knows or remembers the fact.
As badly as I wish to not even think of the word I cannot avoid doing so.
