An Osyluth are gaunt, nightmarish Fiend. They look to have a humanoid husk, with dried, leathery skin stretched tight across its skeletal frame. Spiny protrusions stick out on their large skeletal forms. They have a fearsome, elongated skull-like head, and devastating claws. It's form combines humanoid and insectile features - along with a skeletal, barbed tail.
Standing around 12 feet (3.7 meters) tall, Sting towers over many an opponant.
Their faces have bony chins; when they speak, their jaws seem to unhinge and grow longer, and their long tongues extend out - to writhe from their lipless mouths.
Beneath their skin, their sinews and muscle are dark bluish-purple, but their blood is a dark crimson.
Although his wings do not give Sting flight, they do whack an opponant harshly. It is the tail and claws that do the most damage.
Movement
Merging the most horrifying features of carrion-fed insect and withered cadaver - this bony creature moves in unsettling lurches.Sting's tail

Sting frequently uses it with a whip like motion. This 10-foot-long tail is as supple as a whip, tipped with a horrible barbed stinger. Sting has a reach of 10 feet with his tail. On a hit from the tail, the target takes piercing damage plus poison damage.
