It is more than just a metal—it is a symbol of faith, authority, and purity. The Church of the Radiant Flame declares that only those loyal to Solenara are worthy of wielding Solsteel, and its creation is a closely guarded secret held by House Solthar the Forge Lords of the Empire.

- As strong as enchanted adamantine, but far lighter, making it ideal for armour and weapons.
- Can withstand immense force without breaking, making it the material of choice for elite warriors and sacred artifacts.
2. Sacred Fire Infusion
- When forged properly, Solsteel radiates a faint golden glow, as if imbued with the sun’s light.
- Weapons made of Solsteel burn with divine energy, capable of scorching heretics and undead creatures.
- If wielded by a devout warrior, Solsteel blades can ignite upon command, wreathed in holy flame.
3. Resistant to Magic & Corruption
- Immune to Lunar enchantments, making it one of the few materials that can counteract the sorcery of the Lunar Covenant.

The secret of Solsteel’s creation is one of the Empire’s most protected mysteries, known only to House Solthar and the Radiant Assembly.
1. The Solsteel Mines (Rare & Sacred)
- True Solsteel ore is rare, found only in a handful of sacred locations blessed by Solenara.
- The most famous mine, The Sunforged Depths, is controlled by House Solthar.
- Legends say that Solsteel is not natural ore, but metal infused with the essence of the Sun, formed when Solenara cast her divine fire into the mountains.
2. The Ritual of Smelting
- Unlike normal metal, Solsteel cannot be melted in ordinary forges.
- It must be heated in sacred Solforges, fueled by eternal flames consecrated by the High Cleric.
- The smiths of House Solthar chant prayers and hymns as they shape the metal, ensuring it is infused with divine energy.
3. The Trial of the Blade
- A newly forged Solsteel weapon is not yet complete—it must be blessed in the Grand Solar Basilica.
- After blessing, the weapon is given to a holy warrior, who must prove their worth in battle.
