Magic

Here, in the universe of Ertoria, magic not only exists but is a fundamental force of the cosmos, just like gravity. And like those forces, it possesses characteristics and rules that determine and guide its behavior. These rules and the deep working of magic will be explained in a different article, Rules of magic.   Suffice it to say, all magic follows the same basic rules and principles, no matter what. However, for an easier understanding, magic tends to be categorized, with the two biggest ones (because they encompass all that there is to be regarding magic) being normal magic and holy or god magic. The details and differences between these two major types of magic will be explained in their specific articles.
