Eishū
Eishū is a region in northwest Auslon. It is situated in the center of the Eihantō Peninsula. From the central highlands down to the coast, the land is heavily forested by boreal taiga. In winter many of the trees become entwined with ice and frost, and the forest looks like a vast white sea. The winters last for almost half a year, from November until March, during which countless trees fall and are carried off by rivers that turn into torrents of brown water swirling toward the ocean. A notable feature is the Kuwan Bay which is dotted with islands which often has hosted pirate hideouts. It is inhabited by the Eisō people, a Southwest Elven tribe.
