The truce of the Betrayers led to the formation of a similar Council, governed by Charran, Lord of Fire, son of Traebal and ward of Skaomune; Kueran, Goddess of Woe and sister to Wrux; Lemlor, Lord of Poison, born in the Infernal Dominion; Shaxzar, Dark Lord of Elves, His name branding Him the traitor, Lieutenant to Skaomune; Skaomune, The Dark Lord Himself, the Emperor of Darkness, who sprang forth from the corruption even present within a being as pure as the Lord Primordial; Traebal, God of Wrath, a creature formed of pure paranoia and anger; Tumdar, God of Greed, another formed within the Infernal Dominion, captured by Skaomune as a pet, whose greed and lust earned Him a place on the Council; and Wrux, Goddess of Decay, who came before even Skaomune, though truly when She was formed is unknown - perhaps even sister to Daraphiel.
